Custom Concrete Foundation Walls and Custom Porch Slab – Owen Sound
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
We completed this foundation and porch project on 15th Street East in Owen Sound in June 2025. This build required careful attention to the site grading, where we used our laser level system to ensure perfect drainage and alignment before the pour. We built the foundation walls and porch slab with heavy rebar reinforcement to ensure the structural integrity of the home’s entrance.
To manage the natural expansion and contraction of the concrete, we installed saw cut control joints, providing a clean, professional finish. The porch slab was finished with a swirl pattern, giving it both character and reliable traction. We take pride in the prep work on projects like this because we know that a job built right at the foundation is the only way to ensure it stands for years to come.
