Precision Floating Concrete Garage Slab – Allenford
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
For this project on Alice Street in Allenford, we installed a custom floating concrete garage slab designed for long-term durability. We began with careful laser level grading to ensure the slab was perfectly flat, which is critical for any structure that needs to support heavy garage equipment or vehicle storage.
To provide maximum structural strength, we used heavy rebar reinforcement throughout the entire slab. Once the pour was completed, we applied a professional machine finish to create a dense, smooth surface that is easy to clean and built to handle daily use. To prevent random cracking as the concrete cures and the ground shifts, we installed precise saw-cut control joints.
Completed in June 2024, this garage slab is built to the highest standards, ensuring a stable, crack-resistant foundation that these homeowners can rely on for years to come.
